- Chat sessions with Tech Support confirm that Symantec is aware of the problem but is absolutely clueless. NO SOLUTION available at this time.
- My Recommendation - Update to NIS-2009 & NSW-12 - IMMEDIATELY = (Norton Internet Security 2009 & Norton SystemWorks Premiere 12)

- Note: After using Norton 360 for a year on many computers, I am thrilled to be rid of it. I am now using NIS-2009. NIS-2009 allows much more user control, is much MUCH faster, and is generally much less annoying. PJK
