Once printers are installed (iPrint), students on WIFI must login into the web browser challenge page before accessing printers.
You will need to purchase a Printer Card or add money to your Student Card in order to use the printers in the labs. Then you will need to go to the 2F Computer Centre counter to transfer the money to your network account.
Lab Problems - (hardware/software problems should be reported immediately.
Don't forget to always log off before you leave the lab. You are responsible for your account.
If you arrive in the lab and find your computer is already displaying the Windows Desktop, you must restart the system (Start menu | Shut Down | Restart). If you don't Restart, your print jobs will not show up with your student ID.
Warning!! You must keep all your Web page files in h:\backup (not h:\html).If you try to FTP from h:\html to your DC1 Website, your file may end up with 0 bytes. But if you FTP from h:\backup, you will not have any problems. See the warning about the "Local Folder" or "Initial Local directory" when using WS_FTP for your DC1 Website.
